Marsh Risk's FINPRO MENA early careers program in Dubai offers a 12-month rotation in DIFC where graduates learn Financial Lines, D&O, Cyber, PI, Crime, and Surety while gaining hands-on client exposure and broking basics.

You will be mentored by seasoned professionals and participate in a structured learning path with on-the-job assignments, training, and opportunities to build regional client relationships across the MENA region.

Competenze

• UAE National (with family book).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent).
• Strong English communication and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Mansioni

• Support the FINPRO MENA team in day-to-day operations and client deliverables
• Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports
• Learn the fundamentals of Financial Lines products and insurance placement
• Support broking and placement activities as you develop your market knowledge
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and insurers
• Contribute to market research and analysis that informs our strategy
• Participate actively in training and development programs
