Job summary

Zenvia E-Commerce Trading is seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Executive to oversee and grow our online marketplace operations in Dubai. The role focuses on maintaining product listings, coordinating promotions, and ensuring accurate information across channels.

The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, analytical, organized, and proficient with online marketplace platforms, data reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce/Marketing or related field.
• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain product listings across online marketplaces.
• Ensure product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and availability are accurate.
• Monitor marketplace orders and coordinate with operations and fulfillment teams.
• Support marketplace promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.
• Monitor product and category performance and prepare regular reports.
• Conduct competitor and marketplace research.
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and conversion.
• Coordinate inventory availability with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate marketplace records and documentation.
• Support improvements to marketplace processes and performance.
