Job summary

Grandiose E-Commerce is seeking a proactive Commercial Executive (eCommerce) to support the online supermarket business. You will act as a coordination hub between the E-Commerce Commercial Manager and internal teams, assisting with issue resolution, pricing, listings, and promotions.

You will help monitor sales trends, stock levels, and channel performance, ensuring commercial priorities are met across Grandiose online channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any field.
• Strong communication in English.
• Good analytical thinking and ability to read basic sales data.
• Ability to follow up and push tasks to closure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between E-Commerce Commercial Manager and internal teams (category management, IT, marketing, operations, logistics, finance, customer service).
• Support sales growth by resolving issues across functions and following up on open matters.
• Track product availability, pricing, listings, promotions, stock, and channel performance.
• Ensure timely completion of commercial priorities across online channels.
• Escalate unresolved issues when needed.
• Prepare basic sales reports and updates.
