Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily digital commerce activities and online promotions.
• Assist with product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate product, pricing, and promotional information.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams on campaign requirements.
• Monitor online sales and campaign performance.
• Prepare regular reports using available business and sales data.
• Conduct competitor and market research.
• Support improvements to the online customer journey.
