Job summary

Nabors Industries in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Finance ERP specialist to lead the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation. You will map processes, define the chart of accounts, and validate configurations with Finance, IT, and stakeholders to ensure compliant financial operations.

Responsibilities include UAT development, training end-users, and supporting cutover and go-live activities. Strong accounting background and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to rapidly learn new applications and tools.
• Professional qualifications (CPA/ ACCA/ CMA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in workshops to gather and document business requirements.
• Support design and configuration of D365 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, Cost, Project accounting).
• Validate system setup against accounting policies and business needs.
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts.
• Provide training and support to finance end-users.
• Assist in cutover, go-live activities and post-go-live support.
