Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of core modules of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience in AL development and report customization (RDLC/Word).
• Experience with web services, APIs, and data migration/integration.
• Understanding of Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing business processes.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation cycles.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct gap-fit analysis and prepare functional design documents (FDDs).
• Configure modules such as: Finance, Sales & Marketing, Purchase, Inventory & Warehouse, Manufacturing (preferred)
• Lead CRPs (Conference Room Pilots), UAT, and client training sessions.
• Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.
• Create user manuals and process documentation.
