The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional business process knowledge and technical expertise in customization, development, and system integrations. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into functional and technical designs, and delivering high-quality ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct gap-fit analysis and prepare functional design documents (FDDs).
• Configure modules such as: Finance, Sales & Marketing, Purchase, Inventory & Warehouse, Manufacturing (preferred)
• Lead CRPs (Conference Room Pilots), UAT, and client training sessions.
• Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.
• Create user manuals and process documentation.

Technical Responsibilities

• Develop and customize solutions using AL language.
• Create extensions, reports, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Work on API integrations with third‑party systems.
• Manage data migration using configuration packages and tools.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with technical teams on deployment and upgrades.

Required Skills & Qualifications
