Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Secondary Performing Arts lessons across relevant disciplines.
• Develop students' performance skills, creativity and confidence.
• Strengthen communication, collaboration and ensemble-working capabilities.
• Teach students to interpret, rehearse and refine performance work.
• Develop practical understanding of staging, performance technique and production processes.
• Encourage original creative work and independent artistic decision-making.
• Build students' ability to evaluate their own performance and the work of others.
• Provide meaningful feedback on performance, creative process and evaluative work.
