Adapt teaching approaches to ensure students of different abilities can participate successfully and make measurable progress.
Maintain ambitious expectations for musical development, academic engagement, and student achievement.
Use assessment and classroom observation to identify strengths, learning needs, and appropriate next steps.
Provide constructive feedback that supports improvements in technique, musical interpretation, creativity, and performance.
Contribute to school concerts, productions, showcases, assemblies, and other Performing Arts events.
Collaborate with colleagues across Performing Arts and other curriculum areas when planning productions or interdisciplinary activities.
