Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island is seeking a certified Fitness Instructor to lead our dynamic Abu Dhabi club. You will guide diverse member groups toward fitness goals while upholding safety, professionalism and exceptional customer care.

A motivating, inclusive environment will be your focus as you design classes and nurture member engagement. Responsibilities include creating tailored workouts, coaching technique, and coordinating schedules with the team to enhance the member experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and form.
• Provide motivational coaching and feedback.
• Educate members on gym policies and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging group fitness classes for various levels.
• Assess member fitness levels and goals to create personalized programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs to ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean and safe gym environment with functioning equipment.
