Job summary

Accor is seeking a Duty Engineer in Dubai to monitor and maintain all building services, including mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. You will troubleshoot faults, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to emergencies per established protocols.

You will keep detailed records, collaborate with other departments, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while supporting installation and commissioning activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field).
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical safety, mechanical maintenance).
• Proven experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of engineering systems.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergencies calmly.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Computer literacy for logging reports and using maintenance management systems.
