Job summary

Accor is seeking an AC Technician in Dubai to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems across hotel facilities. You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance, replace defective parts, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

You will also document work and coordinate with teams to respond to emergencies and complete tasks efficiently. The role requires HVAC certification, EPA Section 608 knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certification in HVAC preferred.
• HVAC or refrigeration certification/license (e.g., EPA Section 608 certification).
• Proven experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical components related to HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in HVAC work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to handle equipment and work in various conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
