Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Visual Merchandising Executive for a 1-year contract in Dubai. You will implement the wholesale VM strategy across the Middle East, collaborating with Paris Head Office, local teams, suppliers and boutiques to maximise brand exposure and ensure CHANEL image across distribution channels.

This role requires strong VM experience, an eye for luxury retail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-market environment with a one-year commitment in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Experience in Visual Merchandising or Operational Marketing, preferably in the Middle East.
• Fluent English is essential; French is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional VM guidelines for campaigns with UAE focus.
• Create three-axis planograms for Makeup merchandising challenges.
• Manage high-resolution visuals and movie orders for local teams.
• Provide campaign forecast recommendations and updates to local teams.
• Create detailed VM reports after each campaign with learnings.
• Coordinate VM production with suppliers across channels.
• Ensure VM materials meet CHANEL quality and brand standards.
• Track timelines and ensure guidelines are implemented by stakeholders.
• Collaborate with local teams on VM needs including visuals and shipments.
• Visit stores in UAE and other markets to ensure CHANEL image consistency.
• Support boutiques with VM needs and regional merchandising projects.
• Engage regional VM community through newsletters and trainings.
