Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or a similar creative retail role in luxury fashion
• Bachelor’s degree in visual Merchandising, Fine Arts, Interior Design, Fashion, or a related field
• Strong aesthetic sensibility with luxury retail presentation and styling
• Proficient in design and layout tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, SketchUp, or VM software)
• Excellent project management, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel to store locations as required for rollouts and audits

Responsibilities

• Translate global VM guidelines and campaigns into localized in-store displays, window designs, and floor sets
• Establish VM standards across all retail locations to ensure brand consistency and premium presentation
• Analyze sales data, traffic patterns, and product performance to optimize placement and visual density
• Develop VM guidelines, seasonal lookbooks, and planograms for store teams and partner locations
• Train, mentor, and upskill in-store VM teams and store managers on VM techniques, styling, and maintenance
• Oversee VM for new store openings, pop-ups, seasonal launches, and VIP client events
• Manage the VM budget and relationships with suppliers and contractors
