Job summary

CHANEL Visual Merchandising Executive will join the Fragrances & Beauty Middle East & India Marketing Team in Dubai to implement regional VM strategies across the UAE. You will collaborate with CHANEL Head Office in Paris, local market teams, suppliers, and boutiques to maximise brand exposure and ensure consistent CHANEL image at every point of sale.

You will lead campaign planning, create axis planograms, manage visual and movie assets, coordinate suppliers, and monitor budgets, while visiting

Qualifications

• Experience in Visual Merchandising or Operational Marketing, ideally within luxury cosmetics.
• Fluent English is essential; French is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional VM guidelines for campaigns with a UAE focus.
• Create three-axis planograms to address makeup merchandising challenges.
• Coordinate suppliers, budgets, and delivery of high‑resolution visuals and assets.
• Conduct regular store visits across the UAE to ensure brand image and execution meets Chanel standards.
