Job summary
ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Manager - Trade App Support to lead the trade applications team. You will transform business requirements into effective IT solutions, coordinate with vendors, and drive project delivery and governance.
The role requires strong domain knowledge in trade finance, IBM integration tools, and SDLC expertise. You will oversee incidents, changes, and service requests while promoting automation and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Extensive domain knowledge of Eximbills Enterprise and related applications.
- Experience with Trade Islamic Finance products and banking workflows.
- Hands-on with ESB delivery methodology and ESB best practices.
- Experience with IBM WAS and integration projects.
- Proven ability to implement trade finance product solutions.
- Strong knowledge of systems integration and data processing.
- Sound understanding of SDLC, Waterfall and Scrum frameworks.
- Excellent communication and strategic presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT unit delivering trade app solutions.
- Coordinate requirements with business units and vendors.
- Oversee vendor meetings, MoM, and contract activities.
- Ensure application health, performance, and availability.
- Manage change requests, incidents, and service requests.
- Steer project plans, risk, milestones and reporting.
- Mentor team members and drive process improvements.
