Agile Consultants in Dubai seeks a Trade Finance Specialist to manage LC, CAD, and Bank Guarantees across the Middle East. You will liaise with Sales, Legal, Order Management, Logistics and banks to secure payments and ensure compliant, accurate documentation.

The role requires 5+ years in Trade Finance, strong knowledge of ICC rules (UCP 600, URDG 758, URC 522), and excellent English communication. Proficiency in Excel and banking portals is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, International Trade, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Trade Finance, Treasury, or Export/Import Finance.
• Hands-on experience with LC, CAD, and Bank Guarantees under ICC rules (UCP 600, URDG 758, URC 522).
• CDCS certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of trade finance instruments, international payment terms, and Incoterms.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to review LC clauses and documents for discrepancies.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of contracts, commercial terms, and compliance including sanctions and KYC procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, banking portals, and trade finance platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Negotiate LC and Bank Guarantee terms with customers.
• Review LC clauses and align with internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit LC and CAD documentation to banks.
• Coordinate issuance of Bank Guarantees with banks and internal teams.
• Act as primary contact for banking communications.
• Manage contracts and invoices for agents and distributors.
• Ensure timely issuance and amendments of LC and Bank Guarantees.
• Maintain accuracy in document submissions, minimizing bank discrepancies.
• Ensure timely collection and realization of payments under LC and CAD terms.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, banking requirements, and audit standards.
