Job summary

Center Core in Dubai is seeking a qualified Tendering Engineer/QS Engineer to manage tender submissions and pricing. The role requires coordination with estimation, procurement, engineering, and project teams to deliver accurate, competitive proposals.

The candidate should have a Civil Engineering degree and UAE tendering experience, with strong MS Office skills and ability to meet tight deadlines. This on-site position offers exposure to major UAE construction projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in tendering/estimation within the UAE construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tender submissions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant estimation or tendering software.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQ to understand project requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate tender submissions, quotations, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with estimation, procurement, engineering, and project teams for accurate tender pricing.
• Prepare RFQs and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assist in quantity take-off and cost evaluation during the tender stage.
• Coordinate with clients/consultants for tender clarifications and additional requirements.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders and update tender status reports.
