Training on products, services, and sales procedures will be provided. A work/residence permit in the UAE is required, and you will operate primarily in Dubai. Fluency in Arabic with basic English is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic with basic English in a work environment.
• Experience in telecommunications sales, training course sales, memberships/subscriptions, or financial products/services.
• Persuasion skills and ability to identify client needs and handle objections.
• Result-oriented with time management and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to reside in Dubai long-term.

Responsibilities

• Monitor registered users and potential clients and convert them into active clients.
• Assess client needs and provide appropriate services, respond to inquiries and objections, and follow up until the sale is completed.
• Document communication results, update data/status, and ensure client information is handed to the relevant team after sale.
• Provide training on products, services, and sales procedures.
