Job summary

Egis Group is seeking a detail-oriented Structural Inspector in Dubai, UAE to ensure structural works comply with IFC/shop drawings, specifications, and QA/QC procedures. The role involves daily site inspections, coordinating with project teams, and upholding health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering background with UAE experience, strong reporting skills, and proficiency with inspection platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with UAE experience preferred.
Strong analytical and reporting skills for QA/QC.
Ability to interpret IFC/shop drawings and specs with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily site inspections of structural works ensuring compliance with IFC/shop drawings, specs and method statements.
Monitor contractor activities to meet UAE authority requirements and international standards.
Identify deviations and non-conformities; issue SOR/NCR with actionable recommendations.
Review inspections for concrete, reinforcement, formwork, steel, foundations, waterproofing interfaces.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and specialists to resolve issues and verify corrective actions.
