Job summary

Glossy Lounge in Dubai is seeking a full-time Social Media Manager & Content Creator. You will lead daily content planning, creation, and publishing across our social platforms to amplify the brand.

Work closely with the creative team to align captions, visuals, and campaigns; monitor trends, engage the community, and report on performance.

Experience in luxury retail or e-commerce is valued, as is fluency in Arabic and English and passion for sustainable fashion storytelling.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media marketing and SMO.
• Ability to develop content strategy aligned with brand campaigns.
• Experience using social analytics tools and reporting.
• Knowledge of fashion, lifestyle or sustainability brands.
• On-site Dubai work capability and cross-functional collaboration.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing/Communications preferred.
• Experience handling luxury customer interactions in retail or events.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (oral and written).
• Strong ability to create visuals, optimize posts, and run ads/UGC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily content planning, creation, and publishing across key social platforms.
