Job summary

GLMA Agency is seeking a creative Social Media Executive to join a fast-growing team in Dubai. You will manage multiple client accounts, translate strategies into engaging content, and collaborate with designers, writers, and clients to deliver on-brand social media campaigns.

The role requires strong English and Arabic writing skills, plus the ability to stay ahead of trends and deadlines. Experience with Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of social media experience, preferably in an agency.
• Strong English and Arabic writing and communication skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok, and other platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars and engaging social media copy.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and clients for content production and approvals.
• Schedule and publish content while ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor engagement, trends, and platform updates.
• Assist with monthly reporting and performance analysis.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and social media activations.
