Job summary

builtroom is seeking a diligent Civil Engineering professional to lead on-site activities for residential renovation and interior fit-out projects in Dubai. You will supervise daily works, coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree, strong site coordination and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with English communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in residential renovation, interior fit-out or construction preferred.
• UAE experience is preferred, but strong candidates without UAE experience may apply.
• Good understanding of architectural, civil and MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily site activities to meet drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house labour.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, designers and procurement.
• Review drawings to identify issues before execution.
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure workmanship.
• Prepare daily site updates and progress reports.
• Coordinate inspections, snagging and handover.
• Ensure health, safety and site organization.
• Take ownership and resolve site issues proactively.
