Job summary

AFC Holidays Group is seeking an experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our online presence in the UAE. You will manage SEO, Google Ads, and social media campaigns to drive qualified leads and maximize ROI.

The role requires hands-on expertise across on-page, off-page, technical SEO, paid advertising, GA4 and GTM, with a focus on data-driven improvements and cross-functional collaboration with the Creative and Development teams. UAE residency is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on SEO and digital marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page and technical SEO.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns and optimizing lead generation.
• Experience publishing content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of GA4, GSC, GTM, schema markup and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret rankings, campaign performance, costs and ROI.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple channels independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize 200+ targeted keywords and monitor ranking changes.
• Execute on-page, off-page and technical SEO strategies and coordinate with Dev team.
• Monitor Search Console, GA4, Business Profile, and other SEO tools to improve visibility.
• Prepare monthly SEO reports and present insights to stakeholders.
• Manage AFC Holidays' social media across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Publish daily content (Stories, Reels, posts) and monitor engagement and performance.
• Coordinate social promotions and paid campaigns to boost brand visibility.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display and YouTube; track CPL and ROI.
• Analyze marketing spend and optimize campaigns for lead generation.
• Produce monthly performance reports comparing SEO and advertising results.
