Job summary

Sisco is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Senior Project Manager in Dubai, UAE. You will lead projects from initiation through completion, develop detailed plans, and coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 8-15 years of experience, a Bachelor's in Engineering/Construction/PM, and professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in Project/Business Management preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project-management certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and successful completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate project activities across internal teams, contractors, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, costs, risks, dependencies, and deliverables against approved plans.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and corrective-action plans.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, change controls, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure project activities comply with contractual requirements, quality standards, and applicable procedures.
• Lead project teams and drive timely resolution of operational and delivery issues.
