Sisco Jobs in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution in the Construction or Oil & Gas sectors. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety, ensuring delivery on time and within client expectations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering, PMP certification, and 10+ years of managerial experience in the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil preferred).
• Postgraduate qualification in Project Management preferred.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• UAE Equivalency Certificate advantageous.
• 10+ years of managerial experience in the Middle East (Construction or Oil & Gas).
• Valid ADM Engineer's Card and SOE Membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and close projects per company standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams across the project lifecycle.
• Develop schedules, budgets, resource plans and risk strategies.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Oversee site activities, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Track progress and report status to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.
• Manage documentation, change orders, and client communications.
• Mentor junior staff and support team development.
• Proactively resolve issues and drive performance improvements.
