Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor contracts and resolve contract-related issues in coordination with internal departments and external parties.
• Act as a key project stakeholder, communicating contract matters to project leadership.
• Manage correspondence and documentation related to contracts.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, PMCs, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and resolve variation works.
• Evaluate and execute a wide variety of construction contracts.
