Job summary

Aurantius Real Estate Broker in Dubai is expanding its Secondary Sales and Leasing division and seeks ambitious Property Consultants to build a strong portfolio across Dubai’s key communities.

We are looking for agents who understand that success in the Secondary market comes from consistent prospecting, strong follow-up, quality listings, market knowledge and the ability to turn relationships into transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience within a Dubai real estate brokerage.
• Strong background in Secondary Sales and/or Residential Leasing.
• Proven ability to generate listings and build landlord relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own portfolio of Secondary Sales and Rental listings.
• Prospect landlords, property owners, buyers and tenants.
• Generate new listings through cold calling, referrals, networking and existing databases.
• Conduct property valuations and advise owners on realistic market pricing.
• Qualify buyers and tenants before arranging viewings.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate between clients and owners.
• Follow up consistently with landlords, buyers, sellers and tenants.
• Convert enquiries into viewings, offers and completed transactions.
• Maintain accurate property and client information within the CRM.
• Develop long-term landlord and investor relationships for repeat business.
• Stay updated on transaction prices, rental rates, supply and demand within your specialist area.
• Work towards becoming a recognised area specialist within the Dubai market.
