You will build a strong pipeline, advise clients through buying, selling and leasing processes, conduct property viewings and negotiate offers in the UAE's secondary market, while delivering exceptional service to buyers and sellers.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Secondary Real Estate Agent in the UAE (mandatory).
Strong understanding of the Dubai secondary property market.
Proven negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers and sellers within Dubai's secondary real estate market.
