Mira Construction in Dubai is seeking experienced Secondary Real Estate Agents to join our expanding agency. You will build a strong pipeline, advise clients through buying, selling and leasing processes, conduct property viewings and negotiate offers in the UAE's secondary market, while delivering exceptional service to buyers and sellers.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Secondary Real Estate Agent in the UAE (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of the Dubai secondary property market.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers and sellers within Dubai's secondary real estate market.
• Advise clients throughout the buying selling and leasing process.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers.
• Develop lasting client relationships through exceptional service.
• Stay informed about market trends pricing and available inventory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Maintain accurate records using the company s CRM and sales tools.
• Meet individual sales and business development objectives.
