Aristo Homes Realty L.L.C. is seeking a Secondary Property Sales Consultant focused on resale and ready-property markets in Dubai. You will connect owners looking to sell or lease with buyers seeking immediate homes or investments, managing the entire lifecycle from listing to transfer.

You will source listings, manage inquiries, market properties on major portals, perform CMA valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and coordinate closings with the progression team and DLD offices.

Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience in the Dubai secondary real estate market.
• Holder of a valid RERA Broker ID (BRN) is highly preferred.
• Must possess a valid UAE Driving License.
• Deep understanding of Dubai communities, transaction workflows, and RERA/DLD regulations.
• Ability to source exclusive or open resale listings directly from property owners and landlords.

Responsabilidades

• Listing Acquisition: Source, cold-call, and secure exclusive or open resale listings directly from property owners and landlords.
• Lead Management: Follow up on inbound inquiries, convert leads into clients, and maintain a robust database of active buyers and sellers.
• Property Marketing: Create and manage high-quality property advertisements on major portals like Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
• Market Advisory: Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) to advise clients on realistic market valuations, pricing strategies, and neighborhood trends.
• Viewings & Negotiations: Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers, handle objections, and negotiate offers to achieve the best terms for both parties.
• Deal Closing: Coordinate with the sales progression team to handle Form F (MOU), developer NOCs, and final property transfers at the Dubai Land Department (DLD) trustee offices.
