Job summary

HR Dynamo in Dubai is seeking a proactive Sales & Administration Coordinator to manage Dubai office administration, banking coordination, and regional sales support for the MEA region.

You will be the SPOC for banking, office operations and sales coordination, handling lead generation, tele-calling, email marketing, prospect follow-ups and meeting scheduling. Dubai-based, full-time role requiring strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination, office administration, and banking coordination.
• Location: Dubai/UAE-based candidates preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and sales tracking.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for banking matters for the Dubai office.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, and finance for documentation and payments.
• Support travel, meetings, and event logistics for the Dubai team.
• Lead generation activities including telecalling and email campaigns across MEA.
