Job summary

IIQAF GROUP in Dubai seeks a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to manage daily operations, lead a team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences on-site. This full-time role supports service excellence and operational efficiency across our dining venues.

You will oversee service standards, train staff, participate in menu planning, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations while promoting growth within the hospitality division.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Customer service oriented with a passion for hospitality.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of service.
• Supervise and train restaurant staff fostering a positive team environment.
• Assist in menu planning and inventory management.
