We are looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with minimal work experience to grow their career in the hospitality industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including menu planning, staff management and customer service. You should have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills as well as a good knowledge of food safety regulations. To ensure success, you should be able to work under pressure and remain positive in a fast-paced environment.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will need to hire, train, and motivate your staff and ensure that they are working in accordance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring stock levels and ordering new supplies when needed. It is also important that you maintain high standards of customer service and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience at all times.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of budgeting principles as well as excellent communication skills in order to build relationships with suppliers and customers alike.
