Job summary

Pickl in Dubai is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a full-time, on-site role to oversee daily operations, lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensure food quality and guest experience, and maintain standards in a high-volume setting.

You will schedule staff, manage hiring and onboarding, coach on service and food safety, handle inventory, and drive sales while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing front- and back-of-house teams.
• Ability to hire, onboard, and coach staff.
• Strong customer service focus and problem solving.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations across FOH and BOH.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, onboarding, and coaching.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor service levels, guest feedback, and guest experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen and inventory ordering; control costs.
• Drive sales, support local marketing, and ensure policy compliance.
