Job summary

House of Orange Real Estate in Dubai is seeking experienced Property Consultants for the secondary resale market. You will work on-site in Business Bay with inbound qualified leads, supported by a full marketing team. Expect uncapped commissions (70/30 splits) and a strong leadership pipeline to help you close deals.

You will source, qualify, and convert buyers and sellers, conduct viewings, and manage transactions from listing to transfer. A UAE driving licence is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in real estate or high-ticket sales.
• Dubai secondary market experience preferred; strong closers from other industries welcome.
• Excellent negotiation, prospecting and client-relationship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and convert buyers and sellers in Dubai's resale market.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and manage transactions from listing to transfer.
• Build a portfolio of exclusive listings with full marketing support.
• Manage your pipeline in our CRM with structured follow-up systems.
