Henkel Corporation is seeking a Regional Accounting & Tax Manager in Dubai to ensure financial integrity, tax compliance, and governance across the region. You will oversee tax and accounting activities, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive process improvements while supporting strategic business initiatives.

The role requires 5–10 years of relevant experience, a degree in Accounting/Finance, and deep knowledge of IFRS and local tax regimes.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of accounting/tax experience
• Experience in multinational or Big Four environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
• Solid understanding of corporate and indirect taxes
• Experience with statutory reporting, audits and internal controls is an advantage

Aufgaben

• Drive regional tax optimization and leverage incentives across the region
• Ensure compliance with corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax and local taxes
• Serve as primary contact for tax authorities, advisors, audits and disputes
• Lead timely tax reporting, filings and disclosures for internal and external stakeholders
• Provide expert tax guidance and support policy implementation
• Partner on strategic projects including restructurings and M&A with tax implications
• Strengthen internal controls related to tax compliance and risk management
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement new tax requirements regionally
• Collaborate with Finance and business teams to align accounting, tax and operations
• Support regional accounting activities and financial reporting initiatives
