- Strong investment mindset and market understanding.

Responsabilités
- Promote and sell ready properties directly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams.
- Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI and market trends.
- Conduct property presentations, attend project launches and represent the company at events.
- Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals and networking.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
