Tanami Properties in Dubai is seeking a motivated Property Consultant for the Secondary Market to connect clients with off-plan and ready properties while guiding investors and end-users through Dubai's fast-growing market.

You will develop relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams, present project details, attend launches, and drive leads and sales targets, backed by a strong investment mindset and ability to self-generate business.

Qualifications

• Proven secondary sales experience in Dubai (luxury preferred).
• Brokers seeking growth, mentorship and structured development.
• Demonstrated ability to self-generate business.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell ready properties directly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams.
• Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
• Conduct property presentations, attend project launches, and represent the company at real estate events.
• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
