Tanami Properties in Dubai is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent (Secondary Market) to connect clients with off-plan and secondary projects, guide investors and end-users, and maximize sales in Dubai's dynamic market.

You will build relationships with investors and developers, present projects, manage leads, and strive to exceed monthly targets. Fluency in English is required; Arabic, Russian, German, or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell ready properties directly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams.
• Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
• Conduct property presentations, attend project launches, and represent the company at real estate events.
• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
