Job summary

Casa Vista Development is seeking a Relationship Manager to nurture client relationships, activate broker channels, and close real estate deals in Dubai. You will manage incoming leads, conduct broker briefings, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.

The role requires 2–4 years in UAE real estate, experience with PropSpace/Bitrix/HubSpot, and a UAE driving license. You will build strong broker networks, run site visits, negotiate offers, and ensure a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years in real estate sales, brokerage, or client relationship management in UAE.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
• Experience working with brokers and managing broker networks.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends and pricing.
• Hands-on CRM experience (PropSpace, Bitrix, HubSpot) and digital lead tools.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Languages: Russian, Hindi, Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.
• Conduct broker briefings, site visits, and negotiate offers.
• Respond to incoming leads from digital channels, walk-ins, referrals, and brokers.
• Maintain CRM with leads, meetings, bookings, and progress.
• Coordinate with sales admin for documents and approvals.
• Represent Casa Vista Development as brand ambassador.
• Build strong broker relationships across Dubai.
• Provide personalized client consultations and guide them through booking.
