MPRIVE, a premier real estate firm in Dubai, is seeking a Real Estate Recruiter who understands the pulse of the Dubai property sector and has a proven track record sourcing top-tier sales and leasing talent.

You will own the talent acquisition pipeline, hunt, interview, and onboard property consultants ready to perform in Dubai’s fast-paced market. Immediate joiners only, UAE-based, full-time role with visa and health cover.

Qualifications

• Location & Availability: Must be currently residing in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
• Industry Experience: Proven recruitment experience strictly within the UAE Real Estate / Property sector.
• Target Nationalities/Backgrounds: Highly preferred profiles from Europe, UK, USA, Australia, or CIS countries.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, headhunting capabilities, and a deep understanding of the Dubai property market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and onboard experienced Real Estate Agents and Property Specialists.
• Utilize advanced sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt.com, and local real estate networks.
• Build a strong, continuous pipeline of talent to support the company’s aggressive growth plans in the property market.
• Conduct initial assessments to ensure candidates possess the drive, network, and negotiation skills required for real estate success.
