Uniestate Properties LLC in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Executive to promote and sell our real estate projects, build relationships with clients, investors and brokers, and guide customers through presentations, site visits and the reservation process.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Dubai real estate sales experience, a proven track record of meeting targets, a strong broker network, and fluent English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network of brokers, investors, and buyers.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell Uniestate Properties' real estate projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors and brokers.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits and client meetings.
• Follow up on leads and negotiations to close sales.
• Manage reservations, contracts and sales documentation.
• Provide market insights, payment plan information and investment advice.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, regulations and competitor activities.
