Tanami Properties L.L.C. in Dubai is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent for the Secondary Market to connect clients with upcoming projects and guide investors and end-users through off-plan purchases in Dubai’s fast-growing property market.

You will maximize sales opportunities, develop relationships with investors, end-users and developer teams, and participate in project launches, events and marketing campaigns. A strong sales mindset and market understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven Secondary sales experience in Dubai (luxury preferred)
• Brokers seeking growth, mentorship and structured development
• Demonstrated ability to self-generate business
• Strong investment mindset and market understanding
• Professional, ambitious and performance-driven.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell ready properties directly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams.
• Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
• Conduct property presentations, attend project launches, and represent the company at real estate events.
• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
