Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate properties that align with client needs in Dubai.
• Leverage expertise in both Off-Plan and Secondary Markets to guide clients effectively.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends and market conditions.
• Provide market insights, analysis, and tailored recommendations to clients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
