• Ability to build relationships, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Advise clients on suitable properties based on their needs, budgets, and investment goals.
• Facilitate off-plan and secondary market sales, leasing, and property investments.
• Monitor Dubai real estate market trends, developments, and investment opportunities.
• Manage property listings, client relationships, viewings, presentations, negotiations, and transactions.
• Coordinate with clients, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Ensure compliance with MHG procedures and applicable RERA and DLD regulations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up on leads, and achieve individual and team targets.
