Job summary

Crystal Fit Contracting LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Control Engineer to oversee the commercial and cost control of multiple interior fit-out projects from tender to final account.

You will manage BOQs, budgets, cost estimates, variations, procurement, and monthly commercial reporting, with a focus on GP and cost-to-complete.

Strong Excel and negotiation skills, plus UAE interior fit-out experience, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of QS / Cost Control experience.
• Dubai/UAE interior fit-out project experience preferred.
• Strong BOQ, quantity take-off and cost estimation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with subcontractor procurement and commercial negotiations.
• UAE experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates and project budgets.
• Review drawings, specifications and project scope for commercial impact.
• Prepare tender packages and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare commercial comparison sheets and support subcontractor selection.
• Track project budget vs committed and actual costs.
• Maintain project cost reports and forecast Cost to Complete.
