Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai in Dubai is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government relations, visas and employee documentation across a diversified group. You will handle MOHRE, GDRFA processes, coordinate work permits and Emirates IDs for a workforce of around 400 employees, including blue-collar staff, ensuring compliance and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years UAE PRO / Government Relations experience.
• Hands-on visa, work permit and Emirates ID management.
• Knowledge of MOHRE and GDRFA processes.
• Experience supporting blue-collar or site-based employees preferred.
• Strong document-control and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day PRO and government relations across UAE entities.
• Process employment visas, renewals, cancellations and immigration requirements.
• Coordinate work permits, labour approvals and related documentation.
• Maintain Emirates ID applications, medicals and related records.
• Liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA and authorities.
• Monitor applications and prevent delays; ensure compliance.
• Support onboarding, mobilisation, transfers and offboarding.
• Keep documentation audit-ready and updated.
