Job summary

A UAE driving license and own car are preferred. Excellent communication and professional presentation are essential for success in this client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Experience within sales is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Presentable, professional and honest.
• Positive and hard working attitude.
• Fluency in a second language can be advantageous.
• Smart business dress is required at all times.
• Our team are expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standards.

• UK/UAE driving license and own vehicle (we can arrange a hire car or company vehicle at your expense).

Responsibilities

• Collect information about a property and arrange marketing materials.
• Keep up to date with Dubai residential property market rules and regulations.
• Create and attend property valuations.
• Create and attend property viewings.
• Negotiate with buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing to offer stage.
• Monitor sales and lets with the support teams.
• Regular care calls to clients after viewings.
• Keep up with local market trends.
• Generate new business via company database and networking.
• Liaise with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, and other real estate agencies during transactions.
