Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
• 20+ years in project management, engineering, construction, or consultancy.
• Experience leading IV/ISC or similar consultancy-led delivery.
• Proven track record managing large, multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, risk, governance, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for complex project delivery.
• Oversee multidisciplinary project teams across the lifecycle.
• Serve as senior client/stakeholder contact with authorities and contractors.
• Ensure delivery complies with scope, schedule, quality, safety, and contract terms.
• Manage risk, resources, and delivery strategies for projects.
• Coordinate across engineering, construction supervision, controls, and commercial teams.
• Ensure adherence to standards, regulations, and governance.
• Identify risks and opportunities and implement mitigations.
