Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 20+ years of professional experience in project management, engineering, construction, consultancy, or related field.
• Proven experience leading Independent Verifier (IV), Independent Supervision Consultant (ISC), or similar consultancy/project delivery assignments.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading large, complex and multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong understanding of project management, project controls, construction supervision, contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project governance.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Chartership or equivalent certification is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for complex project delivery.
• Lead and oversee multidisciplinary project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed scope, programme, quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Oversee project performance, risk management, resources, and delivery strategies.
• Drive effective coordination across engineering, construction supervision, project controls, commercial, and other technical functions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, governance, and contractual requirements.
• Identify project risks and opportunities and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Support client engagement and contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives.
